He is survived by: his parent Laurianna Young (Duclos); his wife Maria; his children, Donna Kozakowski (Raymond) of Quinebaug, CT, Michael Young (Jacqueline) of Southbridge, MA, Tricia Renaud (Gary) of Pomfret Center, CT and Tina Young (Malea Rhodes) of Northampton, MA; his grandchildren, Krystyna Kozakowski, Stephan Kozakowski, Elizabeth, Rachel, Jacob Young, Taylor, Evan (Brooke), Jordan and Lucas Renaud; and his great grandchildren, Quil Renaud and Oakley Renaud.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sam's memory to a charity of one's choice.
