He is survived by: his spouse Christine Franks (Makara); his parent Josephine Franks (Toscano); his sons-in-law, Rhonda Sulkazi, Scott Sulkazi of Bristol, Crystal Iuliano and Frank Iuliano of Wallingford; and his grandchildren, Brittany Sulkazi, Brandon Sulkazi, Logan Deveau and Ethan Deveau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
