He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael D'Amico and Josephine D'Amico; his sister Denise Brown; and his granddaughter Rachel D'Amico. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Penny" Coy; and his children, Michael D'Amico, Jr. (Helen), Mark D'Amico (Elisa), Anthony Truncale (Donna), Cindy Blazys, Lisa Kulszan (Jason) and Lori Boutot (Robert). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
