It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ruth Maxwell (Plymouth, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Bennett and Fannie Bennett (Box); her children, William Maxwell Jr. of Plymouth, Marilyn Maxwell (Peter Ventura), Beth Cooper (Lee) of Morris and Pamela Puto (Edward) of Bristol; and her sister Jean Meehan of Prospect. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
