She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Holmes and Hazel Holmes (Potter); her sister Sharon Scheithe; and her nephew Robert Scheithe. She is survived by: her sons, Michael of Plymouth, CT, Steven (Jody) of Wolcott, CT and Brian (Heather) of New Hartford, CT; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex, John and Hazel; her sister Carol Tardif of Augusta, ME; and her nieces and nephews, Nicole Tardif, Corie Tyrol (Ryan), John Scheithe (Angela), Donald Scheithe (Julie) and Robert Tardif (Arlene).

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the International Research Foundation for RSD/CRPS, 1910 East Busch Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33612.
