She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her parents, Joseph Lerz and Louise Lerz; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Anna D'Agostino; and her siblings, Joseph, Harold Lerz, Mary Weston and Louise Eisenbeiser.
She is survived by: her children, Donna D'Agostino, Patricia Whalen (Steven Whalen Sr.), Joseph Jr. (Joanne D'Agostino) and Mark Sr. (Karen D'Agostino); her grandchildren, Anna (Whalen), Christopher Cornett, Steven Whalen Jr., Alicia Whalen, Joseph III, Dante, Mark Jr., Silvio and Christian D'Agostino; and her great grandchild Juliana Cornett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
