He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Radcliffe and Veronica Radcliffe (Butterworth). He is survived by: his wife Dina; his children, Aaron (Joey), Ashley, Marisa, Jacob and Liam; his sister Michelle Worrall (Andy); and his nieces, Jessica, Felicity and Amelia.
