He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. D'Addario and Joan D'Addario (Furman). He is survived by: his wife Ellen D'Addario; his children, Leigh-Anne D'Addario (David Jensen) and Christopher (Holly D'Addario); his grandchildren, Ashlyn and Aidan Desaulniers; and his brothers, Paul D'Addario (Liz) and Mark D'Addario (Beth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
