It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June L. McCarthy (Plantsville, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph M. McCarthy; her parent Edward Hotchkiss; and her granddaughter Michelle Barrett. She is survived by: her parent Clara Hotchkiss (Graham); her child Patricia Barrett; her grandchildren, Gary (Jill), Michael (Jess), Meghan Timothy (Doug), Sean Meg (Kari), Sarah and Daniel; and also Mary Hammond of Waterbury.
