Gilbert Menard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Menard (Plantsville, Connecticut), born in Brunswick, Maine, who passed away on October 8, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Odilas Menard and Yvonne Menard (Morin); and his brother George Menard. He is survived by: his wife Rita Menard (Plourde); his children, Steve Menard (Mona) of Plantsville, Linda Harrington (Dana) of Marion and Gary Menard (Jessie) of Tucson Arizona; his grandchildren, Melissa Thurston (Jeffrey) of Litchfield, Joshua Menard (Faye) of Danbury, Kylie Harrington of New Britain and Robert Stephano (Christie); his great grandchild Morgan Leigh Thurston; and his siblings, Gerard Menard (Val) of Maine, Georgette Moffett of Maine and Gloria Fraser (Norman) of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
