We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2024, at the age of 67, Ethel Marcus of Plantsville, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Ethel departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ethel may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ethel leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Marcus and Arline Marcus (Babich); and her brother Bruce. She is survived by: her sister Susan Peterson (John) of Plantsville; and her niece Melissa Peterson (Sean Roper) of Bristol.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
