Though Eleanor Teresa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eleanor Teresa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas DePaola; her parents, Lucien Bessette and Josephine Bessette (Sullivan); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Bessette. She is survived by: her nephew Robert DePaola (Michael D'Occhio); and her brother Jay Bessette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church (285 Church St, Hartford, CT 06103).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church at the address above.
