It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel T. Cook of Plantsville, Connecticut, born in Middlefield, Connecticut, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Cook and Lucille Cook (Dehan); and his brother Robert Cook. He is survived by: his sister Linda Martin of Bristol.
