He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Tice (Perillo); and his parents, Charles Tice and May Tice (Spafford). He is survived by: his son Alan Tice; his daughter-in-law Diane (Charlene Tice) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Christian Tice (Melanie) of Watertown and Joshua Tice (Anne) of Windsor; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Bradley Tice and Bailey Tice; his sister-in-law Lina Perillo; and his nephew Chuck.
