She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Lech and Zofia Lech. She is survived by: her children, Pollyanna Christopher (Raymond), Barbara Capenera (Ralph), Donna DeRosa, Richard Dudley Jr. and Sophie Dudley (Anthony Trelli); her siblings, Marianna Knec (late Mark) of Manchester, Pauline Chylinski (Kaz) of Florida, Stella Golaszewski (Witek) of Florida, Elizabeth Ludwiszewski of Florida, Dominik and Mark Lech; and her grandchildren, Kayla Desjardins, Kristen Dera (John), Lauren DeRosa and Anthony Trelli Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, to make a donation to The National Kidney Foundation in memory of Sophia.
