He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Finn and Catherine Finn (Moriarty); his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" (Foy); his siblings, Patricia Ernest and Raymond Chrysostom Finn; and his nephew Daniel Ernest.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Yurko (Rick) of Oakton, VA, Patrick Finn of Plainville and Micaela Fitzsimmons (Brian) of Kensington; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Catherine Yurko, Michael and Elizabeth Fitzsimmons. He is also survived by four nieces, several cousins, extended family, and countless friends.
