He is survived by: his parent Katherine Sullivan; his children, Erik Jones (Cindy), Zachary Jones (Bethany) and Shane Leahy; his friend Kim; his grandchildren, Samantha, Lily, Charlotte Jones, Sarah Ayotte and Michelle Ayotte; his sister Kathy Witty; his brother-in-law William Burnham (Patricia); his friend Joel Edman; his significant others, Maya and Dannyboy; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Tributti and Michaela; his friend Bill W.; and also Kyle. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
