She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Ciccolella and Cheryl Ciccolella. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Ortiz; her daughters, Krystal Rivera and Angela De Leon; and her siblings, Terry Ciccolella and Daniel Ciccolella. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
