She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Billings; her parents, Clifford Roper and Dorothy Roper (Snyder-Price); her son Daniel Mora; her husband Timothy; and her brother Doug Roper.

She is survived by: her children, Linette Mora, Lori Mora, David Mora (Deborah) and Darin Billings; her brother Roger Roper (Gail); her grandchildren, Michael Young, John, Hannah Mora, Justice, Kaylee and Dylan Billings; her close friend Aunti Delle (Ray Glover); and her friend Gloria.
