Maciag, Jr. of Plainville; her brother Walter Chaper (Rena) of Plainville; her sisters-in-law, Ceil Kruzyn (Maciag) of Trumbull and Monica Maciag of Kensington; and also, Stanley Maciag, Henry Maciag, Clair Lysiak (Maciag), Florence Sobolewski (Maciag) and Terry Maciag. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
