With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Staire of Plainville, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Staire and Louise Staire (Gauger). He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Colwick); his daughter Amy Staire Fernandez (David) of Tomball, TX; his brothers, Arnold Staire of Torrington and Peter Staire (Kathy) of Norfolk, MA; his grandson David Vaughn Fernandez; and his nephew Zachary Staire.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church or LiveWell (For Alzheimer's and Dementia) 1261 S. Main Street, Plantsville, CT 06479.
