She is survived by: her sons, Craig H. Lewis of Bristol and Dwight N. Lewis of Burlington; her brother James Westcott Melbourne, Jr. of Florida; and her grandchildren, Christine Lynn Lewis, Melissa Sue Lewis, Steven Donald Lewis and Caitlin Rose Lewis.
