Sherry Levesque Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Levesque of Plainfield, Connecticut, born in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 6, 2021 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Azevedo and Cynthia I. Azevedo (Castaldi). She is survived by: her husband Paul P. Levesque; her brother Edward J. Azevedo of Coventry; her children, Kevin R. Bousquet of West Warwick, Ryan W. Bousquet (Alicia D. Desmarais) of Coventry and Alexander J. Bousquet of West Warwick; her stepchildren, Paul P. Levesque of West Warwick and Kassandra L. Levesque of New York; her grandchildren, Dalton R. Bousquet, Brittany, Aria, Gianni and Alivia; and her niece Jasmine R. Levesque. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sherry's honor to St. Jude's Children hospital (stjude.org), would be appreciated.
