We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Mona M. Ames of Plainfield, Connecticut, born in North Conway, New Hampshire. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Munroe and Abbie Munroe (Weeks) of South Chatham, NH.; her husband Edward M. Ames of Plainfield, CT; her sister Sunya Pitman (Munroe); and her brothers-in-law, William Pitman and George Irish.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shannon McKeen (Karen Bartoletti) of Winston-Salem, NC, Patrick McKeen (Morgan Carothers) of Somerville, MA and Anna McKeen of Winston-Salem, NC; her children, Nathan McKeen (Jane), Brooke, Morgan of Weathersfield, VT, Amy Merchant (Scott), Abigail and Sarah of Griswold, CT.; and her sister Wanda Irish (Munroe) of Conway, NH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins (especially the Fernalds), extended family, special friends.
