He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Costa (Jackson); his children, Jennifer Dombkowski (Scott Dombkowski) and Michael Costa (Deanna); his grandchildren, Waverly Dombkowski, Caroline Costa, Jameson Costa, Gulliver Dombkowski, Sullivan Dombkowski and Mabel Costa; and his brothers-in-law, Donald and Stephen Jackson.
