She was predeceased by: her father Howard LaPorte. She is survived by: her mother Solveig Smith (Ludvigsen); her sons, Aanders M. Rief and Soren G. Rief; and her brothers, Howard LaPorte, Todd LaPorte and Clark LaPorte.
