He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus E. Sr. Johnson and Claire Johnson (Olsen). He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Cullen (Patrick Cullen) of West Newbury, MA; and his sister Candace Puglise (Deborah Johnson) of Waterbury, VT. He is also survived by three nieces, and many great-nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
