Leo R. Farland Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo R. Farland of Plainfield, Connecticut, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Farland and Philomene Farland (Richard); his stepmother Diana Farland; his brother Rev. Norman Farland; and his granddaughter Baby Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Farland (Kathleen) of North Stonington, Darlene Farland Kelly (Andrew) of Plainfield and Gregg Farland of Plainfield; his grandchildren, Brent Farland (Sarah) of Canterbury, Blake Farland (Sharon) of Canterbury, Kasi Kelly of Plainfield, Klansi Kelly of Plainfield, Brady Farland (Kelly) of Canterbury and Kori Kelly Buller (Lee) of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Trenton, Adriana, Kensie Farland of Canterbury, Scott Andrade of Canterbury, Leyla Farland of Canterbury, Quintin and Andi Buller of Clinton; and his sisters, Cecile Bachmann (Lewis) and Theresa Collard (David) of Plainfield. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be private. All participants will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to LaSallette Missionary Association in Attleboro, MA or St. John the Apostle Church in Plainfield.
