He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Kennedy); his children, Ryan Welch, Joshua (Ashley Welch), Rebecca Welch (Evan Dunn) and Briana Welch; his stepchildren, Taylor and Toni Smith; his sisters, Heidi Welch and Karen Kessler; and his grandchildren, Jaxon Welch, Weyland Welch, Lincoln Poznanski and Charleigh Smith.
