With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine L. Ruffo (Plainfield, Connecticut), born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine L. Ruffo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena T. Thibeault (Simoneau) and Willis J. Thibeault; her husband Patrick R. Ruffo, Jr.; her daughter Debra-Ann Ruffo Pipkins; her brother Willis J. Thibeault; and her brothers-in-law, George A. Ruffo and Richard F. Throwe.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick R. Ruffo, III (Paula), Lori-Ann Sawicki (David) and Cheryl-Ann Lincoln (Jarrod); her siblings, Carol A. Throwe and Joseph A. Thibeault (LeAnn); and her sister-in-law Carol Ruffo. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
