He was predeceased by: his parents, Julienne Matteau (Rouillard) and Lionel Matteau; and his sister Rejeanne Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Matteau (Frechette); his children, Melissa Davis of Dayville, Brian K. Griffin of Dayville, Bruce K. Griffin of Thompson and Ronald H. Griffin Jr. of Plainfield; and his siblings, Roger Matteau of Canterbury, David Matteau of Plainfield, Rachel Fontaine of Moosup, Gaetane Brunelle of Plainfield and Celeste St. James of Moosup. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
