It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Muir (Plainfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Muir and Blanche Muir (Snow); and his stepbrother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Muir (Frenette); his children, Charles Muir, Jr., David Muir and Deborah Kettlety; his siblings, Samuel, Pat, Leslie, Rose and Blanche; his stepbrother Edward; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Elaine; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan and Matthew.
