She is survived by: her husband Stephen Kostyk; her daughter Nancy Kostyk; her sister Linda Novotny; her grandchildren, Timothy Jordan, Lauren Gagne (Chris) and Lindsay Jordan; her great grandchildren, Lucien Dube and Oliver Horak; her niece Julie Robbins (Brian); her nephew Jeffrey Novotny (Robin); and her son-in-law Patrick Jordan.
Due to COVID regulations social distancing and masks are required for services attended.
