He is survived by: his sons, James Winters (Lori Ouellette), John Winters (Cindy Ramsey) and Scott Winters (Joey); his siblings, Richard Horner (Judy) and Jill Horner; and his grandchildren, Amber Ladzinski (TJ), Nathan Winters (Laura), Tyler Winters, Victoria Nadeau, Jimmy Winters (Trica) and Suzanne Mitchell. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
