He was predeceased by: his father William E. Underhill. He is survived by: his wife Karen Underhill (Lamb); his mother Ruth Underhill (Foley) of Ledyard; his grandson William E. Underhill IV of Pawcatuck; his siblings, James Underhill (Susan) of Franklin and Melissa Wessel of Ledyard; and his son William E. Underhill III. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, there will be no calling hours. Burial will be private.
Donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or to the ASPCA, in memory of Bill's faithful dog, Taz.
