He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ballou and Mary Ballou (Strickland). He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Ballou (Earnshaw); his children, Michele Infante (Stevan) of Glastonbury, CT, Mark C. Ballou (Erin) of Mansfield Center, CT and Jenna Litwinko (Mark) of Colchester, CT; his siblings, Michael Ballou (Diane) of Hernando, FL, David Ballou (Cathy) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Alicia McGrath (Richard) of Wolcott, CT; and his caregivers, Lisa Carling, Amelia Panciera and Sharon Gregarick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
