He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Guay and Patricia Guay (Brouillette). He is survived by: his wife Christina A. Guay (Rocha); his children, Marc A. Guay and Amanda (Josh Bousquet); his grandsons, Evan and Emmitt; and his mother-in-law Joyce Rocha.
