With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Gavitt of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, born in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 24, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Gavitt and Veronica Gavitt Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Carsten (Brian), Lori Lallo, Meghan Thor (Jeff) and Timothy Gavitt; and his brothers, John "Jack" H. and Mark Gavitt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
