It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kimberly Ann Wholean of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Denis Mahoney; her father Jeffrey Warner; and her stepfather Dr. Richard Lain. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Wholean of Pawcatuck; her children, Gwyneth Mahoney (Gigi) of Boston, MA and William Wholean of Pawcatuck; her mother Ann Lain of Stonington; her half-sisters, Shayna and Kristen Warner; and her stepbrothers, Michael Lain of Waterford and Douglas Lain of Boston.

In light of the current pandemic, a memorial service will be postponed until such time as all who wish may attend.

In the meantime, in lieu of flowers and because of her love of animals, a contribution may be made in her name to Stand Up for Animals (33 Larry Hirsch Lane, Westerly, RI 02891).
