He is survived by: his parents, Louis "Lou" and Nadine Pica (Olsen); his sons, Anthony Jude and Brandon Jude Pica; his former wife Susan Pica (Stroud); his sister Denise (George Zingus); and his nephew Nikolas Zingus.
