He was predeceased by: his parents, Norwood Norfleet and Diane Norfleet (Jones). He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Stachnik; his son Charles Carroll Norfleet, Jr.; and his siblings, Diane Quintana, Christopher Norfleet, Daphne Lowe and Valerie Norfleet.
