With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonio Paterno (Pawcatuck, Connecticut), who passed away on July 30, 2018 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Pietro Paterno; his son Franco; and his siblings, Frank, Angelo, Umile, Vincenzo, Giuseppina, Sarafina, Christina, Carmela, Giovanni, Luisa, Maria, Nunziata and Giuseppe.
He is survived by: his parent Concetta Paterno (Barbiera); his wife Lucia Paterno (Vocaturo) of Pawcatuck, CT; his son-in-law Luigi Fusaro; his granddaughter Sabrina Morrison (William); his great grandchildren, Mikala of Pawcatuck, CT, Lucas of Pawcatuck, CT and Emma of Pawcatuck, CT; his daughter Julia P. Walsh; his son-in-law Michael of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Stefanie Good (David) of Marshfield, MA and David of Los Angeles, CA; his daughter Rose Sorensen; his son-in-law Kenneth Sorensen; his grandchild Jonathan Sorensen (Sharelle); his great grandchild Jalen Karney of Westerly, RI; his son Peter Paterno; his daughter-in-law Maria; his grandchildren, Christopher of Westerly, RI and Gabriella of Westerly, RI; his daughter Gina Fiore; his grandchildren, Michael of Westerly, RI., Nicholas of Westerly, RI. and Thomas of Westerly, RI.; and also Jacquelyn Karney (Greg) of Ashaway, RI. He is also survived by six children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
