He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Oswald and Anna Oswald (Bouda); and his siblings, Beverly Specht and Thomas Oswald. He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Smith; his children, Michael Oswald (Karolina Strehlenert) of Sweden and Alison Oswald (Neal Walters); his granddaughters, Clare Walters and Veronica Walters of Rockville, Maryland; and his sister Patricia Zuege of Kewaunee, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
