He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco and Ellen. He is survived by: his children, Marie Yacovelli (Desmond Campbell) of Charlotte, NC, Michael Yacovelli (Angela) of Ossining, NY, Ellen Yacovelli of Oxford, CT and Joseph Yacovelli of Oxford, CT; his sisters, Kathy Fellows of Newtown, CT, Karen Yacovelli of Newtown, CT and Eric Yacovelli of Newtown, CT; his grandchildren, Felicia, Justyn, Desmond Jr., Rocco, Zoe and Liliana; and his friend Charlene Yacovelli of Oxford, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his former wife.
