She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Shingara; her parents, Paul Owcarz and Julia Dutka Owcarz; her grandson Steven Michael Shingara; and her siblings, Helen (Julia Owcarz), Josephine Jabieski, Catherine Pilewski, Bertha Lechus (Anna Fournier), John and Edward Owcarz.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Shingara of Oxford and Valerie Shingara of Oxford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
