It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Francis Timlin of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Timlin (Collins) and Francis Timlin; his significant other Rosalie Timlin (Wurtz); his children, Rebecca Timlin-Scalera, Vivian Ciampi (Marc), Paula Cunningham (Jim) and Sean Timlin (Sharon); his son-in-law Tom Scalera; his grandchildren, Zachary, Carina, Colby (Ciampi), James, Makayla, Thomas, Kendall (Cunningham), Brianna (Timlin), Bella and Luca (Scalera); and his brother Col. Jerome Paul Timlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Cancer Couch Foundation, a foundation founded by his beloved daughter, Rebecca, to fund vital research for Metastatic Breast Cancer.
