He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Cobb (Romano); his parents, Waylon Cobb and Frances Cobb (Bell); and his siblings, John Cobb and Phyllis Baldwin.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Fritz (Wayne B. Nelson) of Woodbridge; and his grandson Lance Hallowell of Derby.
