He was predeceased by: his father Sebastiano Costantini; and his sisters, Lisa and Danielle. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Gancorz Costantini; his son Sebastian, Jr.; his sister Angela Davis (Glenn); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Gianna, Isabella, Elena, Nina and Nico. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a scholarship fund for his son Sebastian through the funeral home. Donations may be made payable to Dorothy Costantini.
