Ruth T. Lemchak Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2020, at the age of 95, Ruth T. Lemchak of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Lemchak; her parents, Joseph Kapusta and Victoria Piekarczyk Kapusta; her daughter Diana Lemchak; and her siblings, Sally Pagano, Gladys Zyla, Edward, John, Frank and Charles Kapusta.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Lemchak (Elliot Lessing) of Oxford, Janice Fama, Patricia Kamins and Joseph Lemchak, Jr.. She is also survived by grandchildren and two cherished great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
