It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Allen Kuemper of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Henry and Lucille Kuemper. He is survived by: his fiancée Susan Arsan; his son Patrick Kuemper (Celina) of Canada; his adoptive daughters, Holly Arsan (Jay) and Amanda Arsan; his grandchildren, Lily and Cayden; and his siblings, Bruce, Charlie, Bob (Maryjo), Vicky and Brenda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
